Article 1 – Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made by Camping Les Pins. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law, these general conditions are made available to any client for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on written request addressed to the Camping Les Pins.
Article 2 – Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and regulations
The price of stays is indicated in euros, VAT included for the current year. The customer’s attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
All bookings are nominative and can not be assigned. The rental becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit of 65 euros + 25 euros booking fee, and the booking contract duly completed and signed. The booking fees are offered before 15.06 and after 15.09, so the 90 € are registered as a deposit and are deducted from the final bill.
The payment of the entire stay is to be made at the end of the stay.
For any delay not reported, the location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this time, and in the absence of a written message, the booking will be void and the deposit will be retained at the direction of the campsite.
2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure, or temporary absence. If customers staying at the campsite or having made a reservation wish to add one or more people to their location (within the maximum of 5 people), they must first have the agreement of the campsite manager who is obliged, for reasons of security to a maximum quota of people for the entire campsite.
Any unconfirmed reservation in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be canceled. For cancellations received more than 30 days before the start date of the stay, 65 euros will be refunded, but the 25 € of booking fees are not refundable. For any cancellation, less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the remaining amount will be acquired to the direction of the campsite. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal and distance selling are provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay near the campsite, the customer is not opposed to a right of retraction.
Article 3 – During your stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Arrivals are from 12 pm to 7.30 PM, departures are before 12 pm, reservations are from Wednesday or Saturday to Wednesday or Saturday with a minimum of 7 nights.
Any departure after 12PM will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
Animals (except dogs of 1st and 2nd category) are allowed in the campsite with presentation of the vaccination book, for a daily fee.
3.5 Rules of Procedure
As the law requires, you must comply with our rules of procedure, filed with the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy will be given to you on request. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the management reserves the right to ask customers to leave the campsite, without refund of the deposit paid.
Article 4 – Liability
The Camping declines any responsibility for the damage suffered by the camper’s equipment that would be of his own; insurance for your material in the area of civil liability is mandatory.
Article 5 – Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the District Court or the Commercial Court of Draguignan.
